Pre-Order items take 2 to 6 weeks for production depending on volume. Once completed, they are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

Pre-Made items ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears.

We do not tolerate chargebacks. If an order is disputed after being shipped, we will open a case with your payment provider and take legal action if necessary.
